That looks like typically bad written French. LOL

I hate the French with a passion.  I dropped myself outside her school. LOL

Or something equally as bad.

It's way better than what you wrote earlier James n00b. Wink

Should have been :

Je déteste le français avec passion. Je l'ai laissé tombé à l'école.

Really close. Wink

How was that last bit close?! LOL

He got it completely wrong!

Not really you n00b. He just mistook Français for a feminine word and made a small mistake about how it should be inserted so that it meant "dropped out of". In english, you say "dropped out of", but in french, it's not like you're getting out of it. You're just leaving it. Dunno if that's clear.

So anyways, "Je l'ai laissé tombé" and "Je me suis laissé tombé hors d'elle" are really similar. It's like saying "I dropped out of it" and "I got out of her". The second one is pretty sexual actually.

Wink

RIP in bossa nova heaven.

Hmm... is something instrumental if it has no singing on it but has a very little bit of spoken voices?

Hawkwind weren't on drugs, drugs were on Hawkwind.

And maybe if DT did some drugs they'd be interesting. Wink

depends on how prominent and sensical they are. I consider Hocus Pocus to be an instrumental (but I'm crazy)

I'd say no.

Unless it's really only a little bit.

If it's a poem to music, like John Cooper Clark, then no.
If it's music with some brief words or noises, like Weidorje, then possibly.

Hmm... that makes sense. I definitely am tempted to agree with you there.

I think it is. Except if the spoken voices take the main spotlight. Like recited poetry for example. If it's only ambient spoken voices, I call it instrumental.
