Nektar fit into one of those "Where have you been all my life?" scenarios.  IMO, these guys are good enough that they should have received the same type of success that ELP and Yes had, and I should have been familiar with hearing at least some of these songs on classic rock radio.  But at any rate, I am definitely glad to have finally discovered them.

Listening to Caamora - She Thumbs Up

Sadly though, I only have the basic 2 CD version and not the super duper special 312 CD +27 DVD version, including footage of Clive Nolan clipping his toenails.  Cry

^ I am quite interested in hearing Caamora, but I haven't tracked it down yet.

I am listening to this relatively new symphonic/neo gem.

I've heard of Moth Vellum, but haven't actually heard them yet.  If you can track down Caamora, it's well worth it.  She is awesome.  Not much on long instrumental breaks, but a great rock opera with Alan Reed and Christina Booth, as well as Nolan and a female singer I'd never heard of before, all on vocals.

The only album I've got by them. Smile

Yeah, I don't bring it that often either. Before I heard to their debut and Salisbury, very good stuff they have made, though still David's howls irritate me, not as the ones of Ian "Jesus" Gillan.
