I've sent in a couple of angry requests on iTunes, so hopefully they'll do something about it LOL

I'll ask this here since it'll be less likely to disappear into thread anonymity in  5 minutes or less.  What is up with "puh-rism"?  Is that supposed to represent Prism as in Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon, or is it supposed to represent pureism as in only pure prog is allowed on PA, and anything that isn't pure should never set foot inside these hallowed walls?  Just curious.

The evil "Puh-Rism" eyes of The Necromancer, of course Big smile

Cool.  I can't remember the last time that I listened to Caress of Steel.  It was the first Rush CD that I owned.  I think that I will have to dust it off this weekend and give it a spin.

I listened to it not long ago and I still get a kick out of it. Not my favorite, but still enjoyable. The Necromancer is such a fun track

As long as you like it and it's RPI I should be happy. But 4 stars for THAT!? Wink

Sarry... but I like it!

You'll be happy to know that part II of that album won't be getting such nice treatment

I went to check eMusic again for Le Orme.  Previously they just had Anthology.  I haven't downloaded it, but I wonder if it might give me a good introduction to the band.  Anyhow, they also showed Elementi, II Fiume, Ad Glorium, and L'Infinito.  I didn't sign in, so I wonder if these are available in the US or not.  Would you recommend any of these 4 albums for a download if they are available?

Just finished eating. I'm stuffed.

Relaxing to some Henry Cow now. Not sure what I'm going to do tonight yet.

I have Concerto Grosso 2, but I'm gonna leave it for quite some time before bothering to hear/review it.

Out of those I have Elementi and L'Infinito. Both are good, but Elementi is especially epic. Big smile

From Caress of Steel, I always loved the shorter songs.  It is kind of funny.  I like Necromancer and Fountain of Lamneth, but I've never fully got in to them.  Probably because they've never played them live on any of their albums.  That would be so cool though if they dug one of them out to play on their next tour.

If you ever want to give a 1 star review to something... LOL. I'll probably give it a 2, but since you already gave the first part a 2...

There's a couple good moments on it, particularly the last track, but the rest of it just sounds so flat and uninspired. Not to mention that they recycle a lot of Per I. The first track feels so pretentiously snooty and thin! Dead

That would be cool! I can't see it happening though.

On that album my favorite tracks were always Bastille, Fountain, and Necromancer. They're all good though. Smile

I would kill to hear Lakeside Park or The Necromancer live. The Necromancer is a little lo-key for a Rush concert, methinks, but still. I'd rather hear Hemispheres if they were going to play a full out epic. Although I think I'd give my left arm and nut to hear The Camera Eye live.

You heard me right Wink

Shocked

The Camera Eye live... I think I would pass out.

Dude, you could probably live without your left nut, although removal might be quite painful, but how and the hell are you going to play air drums at the next Rush gig without your left arm.

Hmm... is it too late to give up the other nut instead of the arm?
