Not too much.  I usually just get a T-Shirt from every concert. And programs.  And books.  And Neal Peart's books.  I haven't bought the Rush bobbleheads yet, but I have been seriously tempted.

I didn't get the giant "tour-book"-book.  Surprisingly, I don't have any posters.  A former co-worker of mine and fellow Rush fan used to get the Neal Peart poster for each of his drumsets and he had them up on all of the walls of his cubicle.  I would love to get my hands on those.
