Sorry, Scott ..i haven't seen this thread before as i would have replied.....Yes this is is a very pleasant album....even if the guitars sound sometimes too ''modern''......like trying to stay relevant!! they don't need that as anyway no 16 year old kid is going to buy a Scorpions CDLOL.
 
They haven't lost a step, still sounf fresh..of course , nothing new (except the guitars) but we don't want to hear a ''different '' Scorpions, do we??
Still great songs, great ballads as usual and Klaus Meine sings as good as ever!Thumbs Up..
They don't sound as a tribute to themselves or half retired.....this album could have been recorded10 , 20 0r 30 years ago......very energetic and fresh.....Still making good CDs...love PURE INSTINCT as well.
