I've not heard Music for Wind Instruments and Percussion. Not sure if you've heard it but the '06 release on the new ECM series was pretty tidy, probably more in vain of Quattro Pezzi....

Now listening:

Cold Heat: Heavy Funk Rarities, Vol. 1: 1968 - 1974

followed by:

Alain Goraguer - La Planete Sauvage

Well, today I decided it was time to listen to the album that I've been avoiding for ages, just to find out what's wrong with it.

Magma - Merci

My God!  Disco rhythms, brass backing arrangements, poppy vocals....  and I'm only 4 minutes into it!  What have I done to offend the gods of prog?
