If he had been smart, he would've been like me and finished all his work for this week over the past three days. I mean, he had yesterday and today because of fall break to not be lazy.Wink

Ruins is too frantic for my mood right now.  Currently chilling with some Caravan.

Although Caravan is also excellent. Which one?

That's the best Caravan album.

Is that the remaster with bonus tracks, Pat?

The Life and Death of Maurice Haylett is excellent.

Uh... ohh-kay.  So I leave this place for a few hours and... good grief! Confused LOL

Anyway *changes the subject swiftly* - it's time for a snack.  And then some listenin'.

Any suggestions of what I should pick?  (I guess this is probably a question for Pat and James, since they know what's on my CD shelves...)

What are you saying?! Shocked LOL

Nope, I've done some Henry Cow already.  Once per day is enough, for the time being, anyway. Tongue

No return call as yet - could be just some random bloke who now has my number - erk! Confused

Tickets for other gigs at that venue are for sale through ticket sellers, though, so hopefully it'll appear on those nearer the time.  I'll keep checking...

I suspect that I could let Melissa and James loose on my collection and they'd probably both be hard pressed to find more than 5 or 10 CDs that they'd want to listen too; with Henry Cow's Leg End being one of them.

Good choice.  I have the house to myself (Paganotti = sheer joy, except when people you live with keep rolling their eyes and going 'What's this noise you're listening to?!' Disapprove LOL)

Well, you never know.  Got any Todd Rundgren or Zappa? Smile  Also, it's good to hear different stuff now and again.  I'm always surprised by what I end up really liking...

Oh, and before I forget, a round of applause for opening up this room: Clap Clap Clap  It may not be as well-frequented as some, but it's nice to have a more relevant source of random conversation (as opposed to Shed or Suede talk)! Big smile

I have Todd's Anthology and some of his 80's and later releases.  I don't think I have any of his older albums.  With Zappa, I only have a greatest hits from him, and We're Only In It For the Money.

Thank you for the clappies.  Us 30-somethings seem to be pretty small group, but I think that we needed somewhere else to have "random conversations".
