Oh, not too bad.  I'm in a very philosophical mood. Ermm Smile  Killing time now, I want to go home!!

How goes it with you?

And Pat?

I know exactly what mood you mean, but I'm not entirely in that one at the moment. I'm in an extremely content/inspired mood, and as such I'm doing very well.

I finally got the stuff for that last song on my band's first album figured out and sent the sample to my friend this morning (he lives 2 hours away for college but I met him in high school) and all he needs to do is give me his re-edited part. Then I can listen to the album in full to make sure everything is fine and then it should all be up a few days after that for free download. It's exciting. Big smile

I've been working on 2nd album alot lately too because of my inspiration; I already have about half of it finished. And then the concert is coming up soon too and I have no classes today and tomorrow (because of Fall Break, whatever that is), so I definitely don't have anything to be negative about.

I'd love to go home too, but it's only 10:30.  Confused

Things are good, though, listening to Yochk'o Seffer again.  Essential zeuhl IMO.

I need to hear that.

I decided to start Opeth. Ghost Reveries! Big smile

I'm starting to get pretty excited about it.

Hehe, only an hour until I am free! Big smile

And only a week until more emusic downloads, so I shall then be able to listen to Yochk'o Seffer too. Smile

Ooh, yes, very exciting!  I suppose when it's ready you'll do a grand unveiling somewhere on PA?

Moodwise: I'm just a bit bored of being stuck indoors - Autumn is out there somewhere and I'd like to be amongst trees instead of stacks of printer paper... Unhappy

Maybe I will! Big smile

I'm sure David (birdwithteeth) will spread some news about it since they're his 2nd favorite band of all time. I went with three friends of mine to the Rush concert, but I'll be going with just David and his brother this time. Should be a good show.

I know what you mean there. The weather (well, here anyway) is absolutely perfect and is pretty much my favorite. Maybe I'll get outside later today and do something.

(Oh, and technically you ARE amongst trees LOL)

Here around Cincinnati the high is 67F today and the low is 45F. Right now it's 51. Big smile

Anywhere from the 40s-low70s is amazing to me. It's getting colder each day as the week goes on.

I think you're getting confused with Yes. LOL

Hey Alex - remember how I told you that Seffer was in a band you sorta liked?  Would it help if I told you he was the right most "mugshot" in Melissa's sig?  Big smile

Haha, that works. To be honest, the name didn't ring a bell loudly enough for some reason, but I figured that was the case. I don't know every single band member's name who was ever associated with Magma by heart, I suppose. At least I know most. Wink

'Ewaz Vader'.  The title track is FANTASTIC. Star  I'll definitely get more of theirs at some point.

Well, I just finished reading my chapter in this book and I'm really hungry, so I'm going to go get some lunch and accomplish a few things I need to do today.

Take care!

I want to get Dark Shot but it's a tad expensive, so I'm waiting it out.

Definitely need a CD purchase hiatus as the spending is out of control (my best mimicry of the United States government, I suppose Confused).  My wife will be out of work for three months next year, and while that's not a financial catastrophe or anything, it means I have to be a bit more mindful of spending than I have been previously (read: not at all).

Oh god, I'm going to go bankrupt!!  I've just noticed that amazon.co.uk is now offering free delivery for orders of £5 and over (presumably just within the UK, though)... Shocked Big smile

I guess this means that everything will now be priced at £4.99. LOL

And on that note, I think it's time for me to say goodbye for now...
