Are you kidding? Haven't you heard it before?? Pat Metheny is just a great composer/guitarist as well Lyle Mays. It's a very un-mentioned band from the Jazz Fusion genre here in PA. Such nice music!

Antoine,
Got home from the office and had BJH's Come To Earth waiting for me. 3 BJH discs in one day. So, I'm loading it up and taking it with me on my iPod for when I cut the grass tonight.
How is this album?

Gone to Earth, you mean??? ....classic BJH with the famous ''Poors Man Moody Blues'' where John Lees answers his critiques by transforming ''Nights in White Satin'' into his own.
Hymn became a Bjh staple.............
Feel like a Violin???? remind me my 1st wife when we met at school ..souvenir!
Sea Of Tranquility...very nice
Hope your mower doesn't make too much noise as Gone T o Earth is not very violent ......no death metal in there
Enjoy! |
Antoine, Enjoyed G2E IMMENSELY!!!! "Hymn" is absolutely beautiful. A lot of west coast influences, though. I heard "Friend Of Mine" and thought, "What is this? Sounds like a lost Timothy B. Schmit song from Poco's Rose Of Cimarron". Holroyd sound eerily similar to Tim in spots...especially when he was with Poco before the Eagles castrated him. Friggin' Henley and Frey!!! E

Yes , sometimes they have songs which seem tcoming from South California.....On ''Everybody needs Everyone'', you will find....2 of them linked together. One from Lees, one from Holroyd.
How do you like the singing of each one??
