I'm not looking for a scholarship; just to put down for colleges that I did that well.

The Simpsons are the best. I know nearly every episode by heart.

Next summer vacation, I'll probably watch the whole thing myself.

Trust me, it won't matter. I went through all of high school thinking that colleges looked at everything, but they really don't.

All they do is flip through your records, glance at your ACT/SAT scores, see if your GPA meets a certain lame requirement (like 3.5, it doesn't matter what it is), and they don't really care about much else.

It sounds cynical, but it's true.

Why should someone of lesser qualifications than me get a larger scholarship or a job opportunity just because they're a minority? Doesn't that scream injustice? Grrrr I say.

It means that a white person who works his or her ass off to get a 4.0 doesn't get into an Ivy League school because someone of some dying tribe who has a 2.5 gets in instead.

It is. Colleges never care either, and they never look at all the information. I probably told you that stupid story of one of the colleges I applied to already. ACT score may the only difference between the ranks for being offered the scholarship, even though I busted my ass to get a 4.0 all of high school while the person in first barely kept a 3.6. Only reason he even kept that is because he could somewhat naturally attain information, even if he was a complete brainless moron. He was one of those people you see that is utterly lifeless and doesn't care about anything.

I was kidding with the enthusiasm.

Shopping is always the same. My mom will probably try to get me to wear pink, I'll try to only buy plain-ish colors, we'll get into a fight, I'll say I'll waste her money if I buy pink, we end up buying some of my colors and some pink, the pink sits in the closet, I actually wear the other colors, my mom gets annoyed. Repeat process every season or two.

Even if I was, my parents still wouldn't buy me something that I wouldn't want... especially since that means it'd be a waste of money.
