I bought a back issue, with Iron Maiden as the front cover, dated June 08. It's their "Special Progressive Issue" and in it has a a top 25 list of prog metal essentials. It's not like I care a lot about their list but they have Queensryche's Operation Mindcrime listed as top 1. I find it laughable.

Mindcrime is good.. musically anyway, but it's not that proggy. Images and Words should have had first place IMO.

It's top 4. Marillion's Misplaced Childhood is 25th. Iron Maiden's 7th Son is number 2.

Marillion isn't even a metal band though And while I love Maiden, they don't belong in the top 25 anyway. I could think of many more important albums.

Harry,
Yes, aspergers is what I was thinking of. I couldn't think of the name of it when I posted that.
A friend of mine says he has mild aspergers, 'cause he says he has trouble recognosing facial expressions and body language.
However, I don't think he does have it. I don't think he did fantastically at school and stuff although he certainly isn't unintelligent.

I believe she now has Polyglot. Did you see my post about the language called Volapuk? I really want to learn it. It looks a bit like Kobaian too.

A cousin of my cousin (don't really consider him a relative) has Asperger's. He is extremely intelligent but very difficult to be around.

I'm now convinced that the performance of MDK on Retrospektiw is the best I've heard, including studio. Retrospektiw is now probably one of my top five albums of all time.

I prefer it too. But I think it needs the trumpets from the studio version and less Lockwood.

Maybe Heresie isn't the best choice when you're already in a bad mood.

Actually, I find tenebrific music like that therapeutic. Pop music makes me feel worse.
