Haven't seen the show, but i don't think those old wounds were that bad as Balin went back with Jefferson in 1973, the only difference was a Starship riding the sky, no longer the airplane t! There were too many ''leaders'' in this band as everybody wanted to be ''democratic''...remember those old 60s socialist values.
The main guy was still Paul Kantner and it happened he was sleeping  with Grace Slick, not Marty BalinLOL, so who do you think who came out the winner.
But Marty Balin filled up his bank account nicely with his ''miracles'' in 1974 if you remember wellWink
