oh im completely the opposite here. numbers are cold, set, finite things with one meaning and one possible interpretation. you have THREE of something. thats it. the appeal of numbers to me is the simplification of things, the making of things constant and all that. like formulas and laws, physics.
Words though hold so much more power. beautiful. what does that mean? it could mean an infinite number of different things based on the context and the experiences of the interpreters (readers). what could be more fun than twisting peoples minds around with words, leading ten different people in ten completely different dirrections.  i love that. i bet jon anderson has a ball reading peoples different interpretations of his lyrics and what they mean. words are three, four, even 5 dimmensional things.

I was talking about numbers and words from a synaesthetic perspective.
