^^I don't know whether Panic Room would be your thing, but they are well worth an evening out, esp when they come to Worcester....Wink

I saw them with James earlier on in the year, and will probably pop over again...
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

Yes, I forgot that one.  I did listen to the MySpace songs and did like what I heard.

The reason that I downloaded the Land of Chocolate CD is that I found out that they were related to Echolyn, which is a band that I really like.  If anyone is interested they do have 3 studio tracks and 2 live tracks available for free download on their website.  They also have their albums available for listening via Weed files.  It appears that you can listen to the songs up to 3 times (like some other sites) and then if you purchase the downloads, it is possible that you can get a discounted price if you forward the Weeds to other people who download the MP3s.  Kind of sounds like a rock and roll thing.  Passing a Weed around, and getting paid for it. LOL

And here is their MySpace page for some other songs for listening.

Just curious, what does a case of beer go for in the UK and US?
About 30 minutes. LOL

...it depends on your definition of "case" and "beer", but £11 for 20 cans of Bud...

Ah, well generally in Australia, we have what is called "Slabs" of beer, obviously the colloquial term for a case of beer.
For the most part, a slab is 24 bottles/cans of beer.
£11 pound seems to come out at about 26.90 AUD, and 26.90 AUD is not a bad price for 20 cans/bottles of beer around Australia.
I cannot stand bitter beers, I'm much more of a lager fan really, and you can get some great tasting lager around here for about 28 AUD per slab, although I'm certainly not averse to a stout like Guinness for eg.
Among my favorite beer ever is James Boag premium, usually runs for about 40-45 AUD per slab. Incredibly smooth texture.. none of that "lumpiness"  (for a lack of a better descriptive word) that I find in many bitter beers (and the lumpiness factor seems to increase as the beer gets cheaper. on average).

Haha, well, at least it leaves me with plenty of thinking time.  Badly paid thinking time... but thinking time, nonetheless.

I'm going to to NaNoWriMo again in November.  Just to give me something to do... LOL

Also, it's time for me to make my way home now, so I shall be absent from here for a while...

On which note... I must fly away home!  (Or, rather, stroll. Tongue)
