perhaps since only doing what you want to is a horrible way of meeting people or making money

Just take a downer pill before hand and you'll feel calm.
I've taken a downer once (okay, so technically, someone else gave one to me while I was too intoxicated to realize what was happening) and it does the the trick.
You calm down and then you forget if anything bad happened
So if you screw the test up, then you at least wont remember.
