I don't care if this is a prog website or whatever, I'm going to stick up for them.

I've dated "emo" girls before, geezus, they're just people. I hate the fact people make them out to be something "TOTALLY DIFFERENT AND EVIL PEOPLE". Blergh.

Fireworks bore me. They're extremely loud and really aren't worth anything. I've always felt that way. Confused

Glad to find someone who agrees with me.

Every year for Labor Day Weekend a local radio station holds/sponsors a huge fireworks show along the Ohio River. I can always see them from my house and our area gets absolutely flooded with people. It's insane, and I've never understood it. I never even watch them from my house even though I can.

Some of them are. The really big and powerful stuff, such as M80 firecrackers are illegal, but some people go over to Indiana and buy them there. I never have understood fireworks much either. *Enter sarcasm* You have to admit that the fireworks displays each year though are a wonderful way to spend taxpayers' money. *End sarcasm*
