Jeez, that's a lot. I can't drink like that anymore. I have about 2-3 beers a night and my wife thinks 3 is too many.

Women, eh? What can you do.

Getting lung cancer takes indeed MUCH longer time than getting destructed by alcohol..
It's quite worrying to think about..

Geezus, you have some pretty godly alcohol tolerance man..... miness about the same actually In under 4 hours, I've been able to drink half a case of beer, I reckon if I drank non stop for 3 days straight, I could manage 36 every 24 hours, if not even more.
|
I drank a case of beer in under three hours on my birthday. My problem is that I drink way too fast, plus that I can drink/eat a LOT in general..
|
The thing was, at the time, I hadn't even drank for 2 months when I had half a case of beer in under 4 hours so that was actually at the lowest point of my tolerance, which began to build back up to the point where I would have been able to drink as much as you anyway I remember once going through a whole bottle of wine in under 20 minutes and it quite literally had almost no effect on me stupid high tolerance

I was listening to Les Morts Vont Vite again yesterday and wow, that is intensely dark!
It is much much darker than Ceux du dehors, Hérésie, Triskadekaphobie and Les Poison Qui Rend Fou.

To be honest, part of the reason why I stopped drinking so much was because it can shrink your balls if you drink too much over prolonged periods of time

Does that mean they're the size of an atom now?

Last year, I had at least 3-4 months of complete no drinking, completely clean periods. As well as 2006, I only drank for maybe 6 months of that year and 2005, maybe only 3 months. I drank a lot more heavily last year, becoming nearly a semi-alcoholic July and December last year (drinking 4-5 times a week to get drunk). I suspect you would need to be an alcoholic for years to get any noticeable decrease in size. Mine haven't changed in size at all because of drinking.... yet

I know, it's annoying!!
I shotted one bottle with Fisherman's shot last weekend. No effect. I had to consume another bottle with Smirnoff 40% before even starting to feel a bit drunk.

I've decided I like low tolerance - it's cheaper.

Well, I don't even smoke much... about 5 weeks ago, I smoked like, 30-40 in one night, and then the next day, outright quit. I've always had the willpower to sit through a few parties without drinking or taking substances anyway, I'm not that weak minded.

I don't really find Ceux du Dehors that dark, with the exception of a few really macabre songs.
My rankings (lightest to darkest)
Ceux du Dehors
Le Poison Qui Rend Fou
Triskaidekaphobie
Heresie

I didn't drink all of January this year and from about the middle of March until towards the end of June, I didn't drink, over 3 months and I never got back in last year's excessive binging again either, so my tolerance is now down a fair bit, makes it cheaper anyway

I don't smoke much either, only on parties, rarely else. It's so expensive!

Hmm, I think I may put on Les Morts Vont Vite again.
I'm in that sort of mood.
Although if you want dark... I think the end of Theusz Hamtaahk from Retrospekiw I-II is really harrowing.

I don't know how people afford to smoke over here, either. It's like $5-$6 a pack now, and most serious smokers are usually 1-2 packs a day.

It's tempting to do the same..
Then I won't feel like an alcoholic either..

Not sure if that's what they intended, but I found Repulsion (from Triskaidekaphobie) wasn't the dark ending track I thought it might be. It was kinda, I'm not sure, but it still worked well anyway, but I can't describe why, even though it wasn't as dark as I assumed it would be. Does anyone else feel the same way?

People talk about some of UZ being scary...but I think the end of Theusz Hamtaahk is pretty scary. I've gotten chills at times listening to it.

Is that all? It's £5.25 over here for a 12 pack, I think. That's $10 or so.
