I could usually do more than 48 hours when I was in scouts, on camps.

Nowadays, with Gilbert's Syndrome, I would be hard pressed to make it through more than 28 hours without severe dizziness, nausea, torrents of abdominal pain and pretty bad muscle fatigue... first hand experience after trying more than 28 hours.
I just collapsed on the floor, and fell asleep almost instantly that time.

I once stayed up for about 38 hours (with only about an hour or two of sleep).
I was soooo tired that evening after.
