I see Kultivator as more CanteRIO though.

In fact, Henry Cow are obviously CanteRIO.  How could I forget them?

The first CanteRIO album though was Robert Wyatt's An End of an Ear.

You have to hear it, Patrick.  It's not as great as other albums but it's interesting in places.  It's a pre-Matching Mole style album.

Oh and I'd say Matching Mole (who are severely neglected by me... not sure why, I have their whole discography) I would say were CanteRIO as well.

CanteRIO is a great label because it describes the area of Canterbury I particularly love the best.

Will check out that Wyatt - do you have most of his solo records?

I need Matching Mole's first album as well.

I have the exact same problem.

I also am my own worst critic.

I want to pursue writing as a possible future career... but I am a flawed writer as well.

Besides, I cannot find the motivation to write most of the time.

More importantly: my sentence structure is appalling

His most CanteRIO is End of an Ear.  Rock Bottom followed that.  That was his peak.

Ruth is Stranger than Richard is also good.  I really need to listen to it more.  After that, I only have Shleep and Comicopera.  I need Old Rottenhat and some of his others.

Comicopera is excellent.  I prefer it to Shleep.  Yet Chris/Syz seems to prefer Shleep to Rock Bottom.

If you want weirdness, go for End of an Ear.  If you want more traditional and still excellently written and performed Wyatt, then I'd say try out Comicopera.  It really is a fine record.

You're right, I won't.  I'll wait for the new Pure Reason Revolution CD instead.

Nope, it could have gone on some tins of paint for the baby's bedroom. WinkEmbarrassed

Actually, I lie.

That Henry Cow album is fantastic.  The sound quality is great too.  I'm not sure how you'll like the minimalist Hodgkinson pieace Erk Gah but I loved it. Big%20smile

I cannot wait for the rest of it to arrive later in the year. Big%20smile

So I have Henry Cow Boxset to look forward to, plus a new expansion for Neverwinter Nights 2. Tongue

By the way, my friend Louise's little one year old girl Aimee is so cute!  Lovely blue eyes too.  I swear I'm female sometimes... I go all gooey eyed when it comes to little babies.  Also, I kept sticking my tongue out at her and she kept responding by sticking hers out too.  It's the small things like that that make life feel good.

Now I want one of my own. Embarrassed

Weird, we're going to name the baby Amy if it's a girl.

Personally, I hate little kids. I find them annoying and have no wish to be around them any more than I have to.
