LOL  Apparently.  The dorms were really crappy when I went to school; I think they've since improved (one would hope considering what you pay these days).

My uncle lives in the Lansdale area with a house of similar size, and pays less than half of what we pay in property taxes. Good ol' Pennsylvania...
