An annoyingly slow Internet connection.

The thing is, MSN is working fine but the Web... it's just very slow!  I gather the router is slow too... I may have to reset it later.

MSN Is a piece of crap.
I talk to about 3 people at most on it.
My connection is fine, haven't been disconnected in ages.

I'm not getting disconnected, it's just very slow.

I only speak to 2 or 3 people on MSN and two of those are special people I really care for, so I use it a lot.

No idea, I used CCleaner to clear everything, including IE and Registry entries.

Things are much quicker now.  I am also hoping it solves my Internet issue... Intel Pro/Wireless does not seem to save my profile on log-out... it used to.  So every time I switch my laptop on, I have to repair the install for it and then log-out and back in again.

It's a right palaver.

I think it may be due to an old MSN virus or some stray Registry entry... I guess I'll find out later, when I reset the laptop.
