And yeah, that Univers Zero concert yesterday night gave me the creeps and was truly epic.

I would love to see them live. I plan on seeing many bands live in my lifetime, hopefully. All I've done so far is seen Rush twice (last two years).

Yeah, concert experiences are often totally awesome. Seeing Peter Hammill (omfg) and PFM soon.

Awesome. I'm planning on going to Nearfest at least once within the next couple years and I'm seeing Opeth live in a little over a month. Besides that, I haven't really any concrete concert ideas. I really want to see Porcupine Tree live when their next album comes out and others that seem much more unlikely (Magma, Ozrics).

Yeah, I don't know where he went. He practically lives here, but lately he hasn't been in here nearly as often it seems, so maybe he was just popping in for a second. No clue.

He's not on the online members list at the moment, so he must have (temporarily) left.

With how many people are currently on the forums you'd think this place wouldn't be so quiet... COME OUT, PEOPLE!

Yeah, it's pretty quiet. There are a lot of people I haven't talked to in a long while.

There are usually certain times that the atmosphere in here is much more quiet or rushed... now isn't too bad most of the time with some people online who come in here (KoS, NaturalScience, etc.), but for some reason they're not posting. I never directly met you, but I surfed the forums on PA on and off since 2005; I just never actually registered under this account and posted until early 2008 (after you took an absence). Interestingly enough, there have been little discussions about you and Ansen lately. Ansen made an appearance that I saw a bit back (can't remember for sure, a month maybe?), but it was really short and I don't think he's been here since.

YES! Now I want to hear that song (and album). It'll have to wait until after K.A. How's life, Pat?

No problem. Take your time. I bet that's interesting!
I don't have a music class this semester. I'm hoping to schedule one to cover one of my last general education requirements in the Spring though.
There is no prog rap, but there is good rap.
I have yet to hear any, but then again I've hardly heard any rap and it's not quite to my taste anyway. |

Not bad - need to grab some brews for the Eagles-Cowboys game tonight.
Also taking my family to the beach this weekend.
How's it going with you?

It is very interesting, however the course only covers until 1970 so no prog/RIO.
And want good rap?
See sig, first row, fifth across

Awesome. Well, things are a bit mixed on my end, but overall pretty good I suppose. We felt Hurricane Ike here yesterday, which was odd since we usually just get a crapload of rain at the most... the winds knocked over some power lines and trees, so my college was actually closed entirely today (I assume it'll be fine by tomorrow). That was nice, as I was supposed to have 2 tests today, but kinda a bad thing since now I just have them on Wednesday (I wanted to get them over with) and because I had to find more activities to do today since I wasn't planning on it. I also didn't find out until 6:30 after I had already woken up and taken my shower because I decided to go to bed early. Oh well. And then I've been having a few relational issues (love/friendship-related), and they're not really much to drive home about, I'm just worried for another person and with the absence of anything actual to do today I keep thinking about all of the circumstances, etc. Wow, that was a rambled answer. Oh, and I get a bonus point for my mood since I'm currently listening to Magma and could be getting pizza tonight.
