n00b! I just find Songs to have a more unique touch, that may blind me of Heavy Horses mastery, but surely not uniquness which it has none The same for 'A' and A Passion Play.

Oh i forgot to tell you the reason, Mike
When i established my profile on PA back then, some people here had their avatars with the first 3 Soft Machine covers, so i picked the next one available
......and i do like this Mike Ratledge attitude '''Guess who is the boss''

FINE! I'M GOING TO GO CHANGE ALL MY RUSH REVIEWS TO 1 STARS! ... Okay, I can't even joke about that without turning around to the giant golden idol of Geddy Lee and bowing before him begging for his forgiveness while reciting every word to Tom Sawer and trying to impersonate the synth riffs a-capella. The Rush gods disapprove

here's a sample:
Rush - Permanent Waves
I have no idea who considers this a masterpiece of progressive rock.
Clearly these Canadians have spent too much time at the hockey rink or
chugging down beers in their igloos to know the first thing about
music. Geddy's voice is too weird, Alex clearly doesn't know how to
play as he's always out of tune with his horribly cheesy riffs and I
dont think that Neil has ever seen a drum before this album! They all
sound like children playing around in the basement, except the vocalist
is winging a cat around the mic instead of singing. No human being
could be that high pitched. And what is up with the vocals? These
supposed "meaningful" lines are nothing but pretentious crap! An angsty
teenager wiping tears from his mascara filled eyes could write better
drabble than this! 1 star, an atrocity! Feel free to quote me on that.
