BTW, when i first heard that the cover would probably be a person in a clear box, i imagined the most cheesy, Window of Life esqe thing possible. This is probably one of their best covers, though.

Reading accross some of the forums this afternoon, I find that there has been some very divided thoughts on the new artwork, it's either fab or foul depending on who you speak to........

mwah ha ha haaaaaa! Nothing like a bit of controversy !

The new artwork for Pure is up on the website to see at www.pendragon.mu
The  PURE artwork is based on a contortionist which reflects the difficulties and restrictions that we have growing up as adolescents.
 
The special edition PURE with progumentary DVD and case bound book will ONLY be available through our website and at the concerts. We will be taking pre-orders from the Pendragon web-store in the middle of August.

Hang onto your horses, this album is going to blow your mind!
 
The album is in the last stages of mixing and is really a move forward for the band with new boy Scott adding some thunderous drumming and some really strong material, magnificent long guitar solos and dollops upon dollops of keyboards all done in a
very new way!
 
 
* Moon fest Marlborogh UK August 30th
Pendragon will celebrate the Summer playing at Moonfest in Marlborough on Sat August 30th in the Riffs bar tent, the bill also includes Ozric Tentacles and the Australian Pink Floyd www.moonfest.co.uk
 
 
* Street Teams
We want to start up some Street Teams who can help promote the band in any way that's good, like hand out flyers at other gigs, stick a few posters up, contact a few local journalists and radios etc ANY WAY to help get people along to our shows!

Very different from their previous covers, I actually prefer this to any other. It actually looks quite Mars Volta-esque to my eyes, very avante-garde, simplistic but brilliant all the same. Nice Thumbs%20Up
