If i am given the choice to attend these ''events'', sure the old lady will get my money....definitely more uplifting than any DT concert  ....and who can pass on a mean banjo?? great funny poll, Yorkie!

funny... went to a bluegrass festival up in the Ashville area one time... and this little old lady... frickin grandma.. was shreddin on the banjo.
Bluegrass is a lot like Prog Metal... sounds great to start.. but after 30 minutes... an hour... you start drifting off..
I'll take the old broad... can out play DT, chew Red Man smoke Chesterfield's and the same time, and hit a Skoal can with a 30-06 from a thousand yards.

Well...I voted Dream Theater just because I could probably listen to Dream Theater for a longer time. However, if I were sure that the "mean banjo playing" were so variable and interesting to listen to for a long period of time then I would choose the lady.

I do absolutely love Dream Theater and think they are brilliant musicians, but you have left me with a very difficult choice here.
A 78 year old lady playing a mean banjo.. Damn! This is not fair..
