Hmm well. I WOULD say Homogenic is my favorite because it has a bunch of songs that are really awesome. However, I think that Vespertine is actually my favorite because it has grown on me so much, the music is excellent and it flows so well. Its quite a magical album. However, I have more fond memories with Homogenic because it was my first Bjork album and has stuff like Hunter, Joga, Five Years, All if Full of Love...

voted for Selmasongs, all those songs have so much personality and variety. I have a big Bjork compilation I made and it's always close to hand.
I do wonder what Telegram is, I've never heard it. =(

Has anyone here even heard "the child album?" I have not, always wondered if it was worth trying to find.

don't think it is.... if you can find it... Björk's first album, recorded when she was just 11 years old -- before
her voice had matured, and her singing style developed. As a result,
this 1977 album will not likely be an enjoyable listen even to most big
fans, even though it went platinum in her homeland at the time. Novelty
value can only carry an album so far, and even covers of Stevie Wonder's "Your Kiss Is Sweet" sung in Icelandic and a song sung to the tune of The Beatles "Fool on the Hill" will probably not be enough to keep you laughing, or interested for the duration. Björk has been made available on CD in various bootleg forms over the years

No, it's not. Well, not unless you're into that sort of thing. Well done and all that, and she must have been some 11-year old (heck, she's some adult!) but in the end, even though the songs are done well, it's a novelty album.

I really like Selma Songs, but then I absolutely love "Dancer in the Dark" -- one of my favourite movies by one of my favourite directors.
I'm sad to say that I don't really know enough to vote (Bjork is wonderful), but I really like what I've heard of Volta, Homogenic, and Vespertine. Must buy more Bjork -- liked her for about 13 years.
