Darn! I was wondering why I felt ill after drinking that wood preverver.

John Wayne must have drunk loads in his time as his acting remained wooden for his entire career.

To paraphrase the 'immortal' song title by Hayzee Fantayzee:-
'John Wayne is Big Loggy'

Today it has been too bloody hot to think straight ot even at angles.  It's horrid!  That's typical of us British folk, when it's cold, we whinge and when it's too hot, we whinge.  When it's mild, we complain too.

I like it mild, as I don't like it cold or hot.

Are you sure you're not English, Pat? LOL

You gave your nationality away by using Fahrenheit which is completely alien to me.  What's that in Celsius? Wink

You'll have to pry Fahrenheit from my cold, dead hands!  LOL

Funny, because as an engineer I use metric/Kelvin for everything, but for everyday living I've been too indoctrinated with other units - pounds, pints, miles, and the rest.

as a science teacher in the 70's and 80's, my Dad used to have to measure things in 'Centigrade' (as it was then), Fahrenheit and Kelvin.....LOL
