Cartoons and/or Memes: Political and/or Funny

I don't seem to be able to upload it (please explain if y'all know how to do it from one's "my pictures folder".) So here is my best description:
The facade is a building front with "Mental Health Facilities" written on its' front signage. This is  a Potemkin village visual , with the actual building behind this fake front labeled  " JAIL".
For those of you who have read "

Crazy: A Father's Search Through America's Mental Health Madness", written by Pete Early, you know what this means.

For those who don't , think about it. you don't get elected by proclaiming the number of mentally ill you have helped, but it never hurts to state how many people have been put behind bars during your term.

P.P.S.  For those who care to know more - I am Bi-Polar II. I am O.K., 'cause I take my meds. My wife's uncle, however, sleeps in a storage facility. He is off his meds, does not know better. He thinks the world is out to get him, and thus, has lost his monthly stipend, his truck (his license is suspended, but he doesn't understand why), an apartment he had, that was subsidized, and for the rest of us, his dignity; but he does not know this last part.
So even, in Canada, with its' socialized medicine, we end up with a formerly productive member of society (he used to have his own plumbing company) living in a concrete  cage with his remaining belongings.

P.P.P.S.  with an added please  - whatever your country, region , state or province; please consider the relative cost (hey, why should I not base my plea on the basest of motives - All Hail Mammon), press your government to take care of those who can't take care of themselves. Their rights are important, but their quality of life should trump their usually addled choices. Or better yet, do you really want to wait until one of them breaks down and then breaks into your house (this is not a threat, a possibility only. But basing reactions on Fear mongering has never been proven unproductive; for which I apologize ahead of time).
We're all in this together, eh. We're all in this together , eh.(emphasis)  Even those who don't have it all together.

I think it's official, it's going to be an Obamation!  I wish him the best of luck, damn mess he'll be getting.
