Here's one not getting the attention it deserves:
Jonas Hellborg, Art Metal
Go check out the streaming track for crying out loud!

Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

Not seen that one before and it's not listed here. Is it a collection of all their studio albums or something else?

Its a limited edition box set of their Century Media years (3000 editions only, I keep forgetting to add it to their page here). It contains:

Mandylion
Nightime Birds
How to Measure a Planet? (2 disc)
Superheat
if_then_else
Sleepy Buildings
In Motion
Accessories (2 disc)

The only thing I dont like about it is the production of the first half of the live disc In Motion, which is a bit shoddy.

I love that album! The Hunter is such an awesome song!

My album of the week is going to have to be...

While waiting for my cd copy to arrive (it's been 4 months now Angry) I found this one on vinyl. Can't stop listening
to it Big%20smile. Some really fantastic tracks. Okay, so it's only Prog-Related. But they came really close here. Black
Blade
and Monsters are prog to my ear.

The song Solitude reminds me of early Bruford. Good stuff.

Gee I forgot about this thread.
Have so much albums I could post here, but in stead I'll just reiterate what you say and also mention this fine album by Nemo (which got a mediocre review in DPRP with which I disagree, but then again I rarely see eye to eye with the reviewers there).

I've only listened to it two times so far but really enjoyed it. I hope in means a good year for prog. 2008 was a little slow, IMO.

Cool. I'm looking forward to digging deeper into that one. Have you heard any of their previous albums? How do they compare?

IQDark Matter album cover
It´s becoming a great fave of mine and better with each listen
,most brilliant album by this brilliant band
The water rushes over all
cities crash in the mighty wave;
the final man is very small,
plunging in for his final bathe

I know it's a 2008 release but I just got it, and very pleasantly surprised. I'm not usually a neo-prog guy, but I find myself coming back to this one frequently since I got it.

You are quite a fine person, and I am very fond of you. But you are only quite a little fellow, in a wide world, after all.
