Just noticed that Sweek was added.  The Unbelievable Cinematic Crash is a pretty good album.  Lots of violins, cello, even some trumpets.  Definitely worth finding a copy.

Oh, and we've forgotten about wonderful band from Moscow - MOONCAKE. The link leads to some comments on their track and MySpace link. A debut album "Lagrange Points" was released just 2 weeks ago, so don't hesitate to contact the band if you like what you hear. To be short - for fans of YNDI HALDA, pg.lost, DETWIIJE, THE EVPATORIA REPORT, BRIGHT RED PAPER and the likes

Oh yeah! "Take Refuge" is easily one of the best compositions i've heard so far this year. Grails hasn't disappointed me yet.

I need to get into Grails.

I also saw that Occai was added to the PA, I'm listening to their Breathermen album right now, Omega Massif combined with Pelican, and it's awesome.

If you can find them, the two earlier releases by Grails on Neurot Recordings are worth getting.  Red Light is a little better then Burden of Hope.  Both are still outstanding.

Yeah, amazing sh!te. Quite boring and ordinary beginning, but then they have almost Godspeedian vibe in the middle of the album. 3,5 I guess

anyone here read the T's review on Blue Lambency Downward? want to give me like a summery of sorts, i really dont have an hour and a half to sit down and read all that   WinkLOL.

Oh and the Grails CD is amazing.

also, since my hiatus (which'll probablyu continue for a month or so) the bands Caspian and Mommantus and Moving Mountains, a semi emo/indie sounding band that plays in the shallow end of post rock. i really like caspian, and the other two are growing on me.

PEACE
