I'm a big procastinator... I'm just physically lazy... I just can't find the discipline in me to work out or at least run every day...
i suck.. I know... and you?

A lot of walking, weights pretty much every other day. Running as well as sports such as horse riding, football, swimming etc.
I don't like the whole 'working out' thing, I think it's best just to play sports you enjoy. I only lift weights cause I'm bored.
I don't see how some people live without exercise, it just makes you feel like sh*t not doing anything.

Haven't done any serious exercise in about 4 years. I feel as if I have no time to insert such a regimen into my schedule these days.

Yes I do, and hate every second of it. I hop on the eliptical, crank up the Rollins Band or similar energetic fare and roll. Feels good when you're done, but it still sucks. And I walk every day.

I've never seen the attraction of running for pleasure, (okay, when the endorphins kick in - I can see the pleasure in that). I'm not a health and fitness freak, I'm a little over weight, over 50, I smoke and have the occasional drink or two, yet running for a bus or sprinting upstairs has never been a problem up until now...
Yesterday I drove to the supermarket and couldn't quite manage to walk a full-lap of those aisle of plenty without stopping for a rest in between, and to my utter dismay my wife had to drive us home (the clutch on my car may never be the same again - I never knew it could make smells like that ). This is an unusual and alien situation for me as I am recouperating from a minor operation and fully expect this to be remedied when I have fully recovered, but it has brought home rather graphically what it must be like to be incapacitated and unhealthy. And I have to say I do not like it. I cannot say this has spurred me on to take up jogging (or buy that Wii-fit the girls are pestering me for), but I fully intend to stay as physically fit as is practically possible once I am back on my feet. I'm willing to go that extra yard each day by parking the car further down the drive.
Having said that, I guy I worked with died while out running - he was younger and fitter than me, didn't smoke and rarely drank, so I guess moderation is the key.

Not been running regularly for a while, really, since the ground around here's been a bit muddy and my indoor shoes have disintegrated. Go to the gym (some weights, a little cardio) roughly twice a week, sometimes more. Do some exercise at home. The only sport I take remotely seriously is squash, which I get to play for maybe 6 hours a week now. Used to fence and do judo until recently, but the convenient judo club shut down, and I really didn't feel that I was fencing enough to make it worth doing. I enjoy walking, so I go for large walks once a month or so, whenever it's possible.

I lift 3 days a week and try to run 2 to 3 days in between my lift schedule. i also play hockey on tues, thursdays, and sundays and season is over now but i wrestle here at miami university. i looks a lot more hardcore when i type it out than it actually is.

I was into sports all during my youth,and used to work out and run a lot,on top of football,lacrosse and baseball practice.Then I was in the Army and you have no choice
I don't work out anymore,but I run about 5 miles every morning.If it's a nice day I might put in 10 miles on a Saturday or Sunday.

Major couch potato here. The only exercise I do now are 12 oz. curls and whatever calories Wii Sports and Guitar Hero III can burn. I need to get more exercise but I'm just so averse to it now - it's sad, I used to be a pretty good athlete in my youth.

But I do walk everyday. At least 3 miles each day, sometimes more. Walking may not be very vigorous, but it's still gotta be better than doing nothing.

I don't really workout as such. My physique is that of an ectomorph, so obviously weight training is hardly going to be truly effective. I used to be a really big fitness nut, back in 2003 I used to do 4-5 sets of 70-80 pushups a day, ran 1.6-2km (that's about 1-1.2 miles in the 'old' system) several times a week, although I was more than capable of easily pushing 3kms if I wanted.
By about 12-13 months ago, due to serious lack of exercise, my fitness was at the absolute worst it had been. I was eating junk food all the time, occasional smoker, binge drinker, and maybe got in 5 minutes a day of bike riding, to just go and sit at my friend's house and play guitar and sometimes eat more anyway. At that stage, I could only run about 400 meters before being out of breath. In the last 3 months, I've got off my butt again, and now back to being able to run over 1km again, but only about once a week though.

Friede and I play tennis at least twice a week. if we didn't we would soon look like billiard balls, since we are restaurant owners. we also do yoga; the kids love it when we put our feet behind our heads and walk on our hands

I used to do a lot of work out, but I broke my triceps doing pushups, so now I only run 3 kilometers a day, not much, but I also walk in the courts a lot.
