I eat it everyday for breakfast! Although it's actually 2:25 cos I kinda slept in a little...
8 vitamins and minerals, high in protein, not too high in sugar

they can be both. the traditional filling (i think) is just potatoes, cheese, onions, but they can also contain meat. then some people like making "dessert pierogi" and fill it with fruit.
