My faves mmm are:
Deep Purple Inxs Whitesnake (Jon Lord era) Trapeze The Who Audioslave CSNY Maybe others, but these are total faves. I also listen Black Sabbath, Led, Blind Melon, Ac/Dc, Alice Cooper, Dire Straits, many others.. |

Took a while for me to get into both. But I have found the bands I have a hard time getting into are the ones I like best, and continue liking when I grow tired of other bands. My Bloody Valentine were very influential but even so they're pretty overrated, at least when talking Shoegazing. Tried anything else from that genre by the way? |

MBV had a few really good songs, but they were surrounded with pretty boring stuff. I like Slowdive's last album, but that's about it for the classics. Autumn's Grey Solace and A Shoreline Dream are very good for modern shoegaze, and I'm using Pandora to try to find some more. |

Seriously, Within Temptation, Xandria, Sirenia, Elis, Lacuna Coil, Thrice, Amorphis, Prime Sth, I Am Ghost, Keane, The Killers  ,The Panic Division, The Offspring  ,Blindside, Reel Big Fish, Incubus, Hoobastank, Metallica, The Smashing Pumpkins, and a bunch more I'm not going to list. that's a neato list =) here's mine I supposes: Édith Piaf Bjoerk boris and BORIS... and also boris/BORIS with Merzbow! savexwhalescore! but honestly my favourite band right now is "V/A" because all I listen to are compilations of industrial and/or post-punk music, or a bunch of different artists arranging Kurt Weill's songs, or x other things where more than one band is involved |
