Listening to the second of the MySpace tracks... He sounds definitely prog, and his credentials seem to be impeccable (he's on the bill for the next edition of BajaProg, among other things). I think the Symph Team should give it a listen first, then he may be submitted to other teams (namely Eclectic).

I saw him at the Baja Prog and bought the CD
 
Wonderful stuff Tongue  And really skilled keyboardist
 
Would be great to see him here.

I thought he was already in the database. I don't agree with ISP though. What I have heard doesn't strike me as being specifically Italian.
