And listen to this as well:

Wow, very nice find Avestin. (i also admire that they're allowing free dls of the samples on their myspace)  I'm gald to see that they've been added to the site. "Potemkin Carnival" has much priority on my "to buy" list. (and i'll make sure to write a review when i receive it)

The music that their guitarist is sharing on his myspace is quite nice as well.

Enjoy, Dominic!

Another find, is the Dutch band Dull Schicksal.

ZARTians, Phil, Zappa88 and all other friends, you may well want to try this.

A relatively unheard of prog metal band I really love is Aghora. They have really great instrumentation, but they are female fronted, so if that's not your thing, you probably won't like it.

But, if you want to give it a shot, you can listen to some stuff here:

Hesus Attor
A future addition to the Avant-rock category, this mixes some avant-rock with metal and other experimentation:

Voice Of The Seven Woods
A recent addition I made to the Folk category here in PA; a wonderful folk/psych one man project from the UK:

11.59 - This Our Sacrifice Of Praise
(1974/2003, 41:04, M2U Records M2U-1020)
''11.59 was a British Christian group that released one exceptionally rare album way back then. Most tracks have been inspired by Psalms and other passages from the Bible, which speaks clearly from the lyrics that do carry a Message, but with the exception of 'Hallelujah Jesus!' that shouldn't bother anyone. That particular song, however, may be a bit too much of a 'hallelujah-gospel-song' (pun intended) for most - even I tend to skip it. The other material brings beautiful progressive folk with quite a bit of Mellotron playing and good (male and female) vocals.''

Do 'The Stanley' otherwise I'll thrash you with some rhubarb.

The Lickets - Journet In Caldecott

A psych/folk/world/ambient melodic and beautiful journey.

You can either buy it for 5$ or download it and set your own price to it (like Radiohead did, only this label did it before them).

Phew, you got me worried there for a second, thinking you hated it... LOL

I hope to add them to PA, just wait to hear from my team mates and from Dave and Ruben as well for their opinions as to where exactly as the album I have suggests 3 possible place.

Glad you liked it, it was a risky suggestion probably.
