Maybe the article itself, and not the talk page, would be of interest. Wink

EDIT: Sorry, I see now you fixed it. Smile

I've read it. I generally read some Uncyclopedia for amusement, but that's all.

Btw, here's something even better:
Prog Archives!! on Uncyclopedia

What is this? I mean, I find a lot of demeaning sh*t funny, but that was a poor attempt at humor.

LOL I thought the prog rock page was pretty funny, but the progarchives page fell a bit flat. A lot more enjoyable than Wikipedia, and probably more accurate as well.

Indeed.
That doesn't excuse, though, the wild, crass or uninteresting humor that's used there. Wink

The artichoke on Prog Archives was nearly funny for a short while, then got tediously repetititititive before becoming tediously repetititititititive, though thankfully ran out of ideas (and the words to form them) long before it became reptitively tedious. It's author has inevitably spent too much time on the real archives and lost touch with surreality, we need to get Vompatti to revise it.

But I may be wrong.
What?

Yeah, some better writers should take care of those articles and make them actually funny.

agreed, the first page was good, the rest of the links were of lesser fun except forthge PA description and those relatively dumb categories

as for spitting at fans, this is in relation to the infamous incident spit of Roger Watrers at an over-enthousiastic fan in Montréal in 77.
let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword
