Phil Manzanera/801 (I still think that Listen Now, K-Scope, Diamond Head  & 801 Live are at least mostly prog!) 

Eno (first 4 -- call it "art rock" or "prog pop" if you must....)

Horslips (closer to "trad-prog" than "trad-rock," IMHO....
