OK Folks.....in view of Queensryche's recently cancelled co-headlining tour with Thin Lizzy, they have announced 10 new UK dates for June 2008, which are as follows:
June 13 - Glasgow, UK - Academy 14 - Newcastle, UK - City Hall 15 - Leeds, UK - University 17 - Manchester, UK - Academy 18 - Wolves, UK - Civic Hall 20 - Norwich, UK - UEA 21 - Cambridge, UK - Corn Exchange 22 - London, UK - Indigo 24 - Bristol, UK - Colston Hall 25 - Southampton, UK - Guildhall
...I may be tempted to head up to Wolverhampton...any other takers??

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

^^ I genuinely don't know... I had heard that in some shows, they originally intended to play all of Mindcrime I & II btb, but this made the show too long for some venue curfews, meaning it was much truncated....
I'd imagine that by next June, they will have got OM II out of their systems and play a more even mix from across their back catalogue....

They just released an album of cover songs last week too, so they might be including some of these songs.

Not for Queensryche, O:M II is quite possible the only 1 star album I have listened to in the last three years.
