Blacksword's tale of an unreturned Rush/Max Webster disc has reminded me of another sorry tale of theft by stealth. In 1988 I leant my rare copy of Bob Calvert's paper back novel, "Hype", to a punk I knew who was a big HW fan. He also disappeared, the tw*t!

I'm sure a few of you have the album of the same name, but I had the set, and it took some trawling of record collector to find it. I'd only read it once aswell!! Bastard Angry!!!! MDR ANGRY NOW!!!!!

do we know the same thieving bast*rds!!!???

I leant a copy of the Hawkwind biography 'Dont Panic' By Kris Tait to a bloody punk, and he promptly dissapeared up his own hole with it.

The lesson? Never lend anything rare to anyone. Especially punks.

Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!
