If they have released an album, even self-produced, then they should be in the Suggest New Bands section... I'm listening to them now, and will possibly submit them to the Eclectic or Xover team.

This matter of 'signed' or 'unsigned' is a bit subtile, no? It also varies from country to country... so many independent productions, new ways of selling, etc.
I didn't talk with Angelo or any other people about it but I tend to consider that if the album is available to be purchased (internet included) then the band could be considered "signed".

The album is available via CDBaby or from the band themselves. Therefore, I suppose they can be considered as signed.

^ Status update on this? Not sure about Eclectic or Jazz Rock/Fusion, but having an album out warrants inclusion.
Listening to the band just now, and I hear things that remind me of Weather Report, and Brand X. Think they deserve inclusion, and I will try to get hold of the album.
