Sorry about that, I am trying to post more worldly applicable cartoons.

During hurricane Katrina, Bush said the head of the Federal Emergency Management department was doing a hecukva (translate great) job and you probably know how well things turned out for New Orleans.

This guy's a lot of fun.  Our local alternative paper, the Creative Loafing used to have a conservative editorialist who look just like this character, I swear. LOL
