By the way if ever in Atlanta and longing for Chilean food, visit Contigo Peru. Their signature dish is a fish stuffed with shrimp of the same name. Quite good. They also introduced me to mussels ceviche, which I have sucessfully knocked off at home. ![Tongue](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif) |
I'm not sure. I think it should be a "Zampoña", a national variety of the well known Panpipe. I can asure you that we have nothing called "Chilean pipe", except for the tobacco pipes that are owned by chileans in Chile. Ceviche is raw fish. Raw fish can make you sick. Empanada or Humitas or Pastel de Choclo or Curanto are samples of real Chilean food, though anything cooked in Chilean territory with ingredients bought in Chilean territory is Chilean Food, even if it is not cooked by a Chilean.

I don't have proof of any bee at all, so, theoretically, yes. Uhm, try the Tractus ephimerae depositio, best philosophic neo prog book ever.

OK, maybe DiMeola was being a little silly. Ceviche is not truly raw fish, it is marinated in lime juice, and raw fresh fish should not make you sick. However, I will check their menu for the dishes you mentioned next time I drop by. Don't remember off the top of my head if they have any of those other than empanadas. Ever have a Jamaican meat patty?

Well, for your own health, I recommend you to talk to a doctor about eating fish marinated in lemon juice wich won't kill certain parasites that, if present in your still raw fish (it hasn't being boiled), will enter your body. Not idea about what a Jamaican Meat Patty but for seom reason it sounds like a phalic issue. I've heard some Patty Smith songs, and that also sounds like a phalic issue.

I wish to apologise for any confusion relating to my assertion that Contigo Peru serves Chilean food. They do in fact serve Peruvian, oddly enough. What I meant to say was that they serve some dishes with chili peppers. Everyone knows the national dish of Chile is in fact that yummy meat and bean concotion we here in the states know as chili. Sorry for being silly. That's what I get for posting while I was buzzed. ![Tongue](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif)

Sure. To be initiated you must prove you can build a quote pyramid using only a square, a compass and an apron.

It's not? Seriously, I am going to have to look up the dishes you named. Except for the Empanada, I am not familiar with the rest. Are you sure that chili is not the national dish of Chile?

We don't even have that much chili variety. "Chancho en piedra" is a spicy and very popular meal, but it isn't half as spicy as Mexican chile preparations.

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

Some anatomy-related questions:
1. How can I be sure my body is not covered in skin coloured tattoos?
2. Can bones hurt?
3. In a sex change operation, is there a point where the person in question is neither male or female?
3.1. If there isn't, is there a precise point where the sex changes?
3.11. If there's not, how can we tell if a person is male or female? 3.111. If we can't tell if a person is male or female, is a sex change possible?
3.2. Am I male or female?
3.21. Or am I mostly male and slightly female?
3.3. Is it true that beautiful men resemble regular women and ugly women resemble regular men?
3.31. If it is, why would a woman have a sex change?
3.32. If a man has a sex change, does he necessarily become more beautiful than he was?
