Just a minor issue here Guitarist Trey Spruance isn't listed in the credits, they should be:

Trey Spruance - Pipa, keyboards/organs, guitar, electronics

Thanks.

Done. But I found this:

- I Quit / percussion, wood block

Confused

This should be Danny Heifetz I believe (at least according to wikipedia). Can anybody confirm?

I Quit is what is listed on the album info. See this interview:

Quote

CO: Your credit does appears on Disco Volante as "I Quit" playing "a woodblock-what was that about?

DH: I wasn't a very happy person back then. Plus I played the f**k out of that woodblock. I remember also thinking "if I quit, at least I could say my 30-day written notice had been handed in."

Also mentioned as such on http://www.discogs.com

So it is Danny Heifetz. Should I add his name? For instance: I Quit (Danny Heifetz).

I don't know what the album data standard says about this, but I guess you can do it that way - the line up for the Legendary Pink Dots is like that as well, because all their band members have nick names.

The line up for the first Mr Bungle album was like that because they wore masks whenever they played and kept their identities secret. Their stage names were funny.
