From the Pendies website.....

Nick and Peter to play acoustic set at Gigbeth Festival Birmingham, UK (Nov 2nd)

As part of the Gigbeth Festival StillGigging.com are holding an "Acoustic Legends Night"

Nick and Peter will be playing a acoustic set, this is a rare opportunity to see not only some unplugged Pendragon but also some other great music!

Date: Friday 2nd November

Venue: Kerryman Pub, Digbeth High Street, Digbeth Birmingham UK

Time: 6.30pm onwards (Nick and Peter due on stage approx 8.30pm)

Advance tickets (advised): £6.50 www.gigbeth.com

Line up for the Acoustic Legends @ The Kerryman on 2nd Nov is:

1. Tempest
2. Pendragon
3. Cissy Stone
4. Tony McPhee (of the GroundHogs)

So it should be an incredible night, some variation and some serious still gigging talent!

Is that THE Tempest?  I'm presuming so.  No Ollie Halsall though, as he's no longer with us, so will it be Allan Holdsworth?

Tony McPhee must be in his 90s by now. Sounds like a good gig.

Yeah, it's certainly a diverse line up, but some fantastic talent!
the £6.50 ticket price gets you into any Gigbeth events on the day, or if you plump for the weekend ticket at £15 you can get into any event over the 3 days!

Certainly a value for money gig!

James, it's Norweigian Tempest......(I think) line up is:- Lief * Damien * Adolfo * James * Michael
Dunno if that helps, check out the link to their webby!

Oh, then they won't be as good as the origina Tempest, alas. Cry

Still sounds interesting though.  I have a friend who two friends who like Marillion, but have to discover Pendragon, so I may have to force feed them some of their music.  I'll have to lend them Believe or something.
