Unfortunately, I haven't found a label yet I plan to make a split with tracks from the first album and the one I'm working on (the second album) with a friend of mine from Ekaterinburg (he writes Post-Rocky stuff too) and sell this split privately, without labels' participation. But for an album I feel I NEED a label.
Stay tuned, I'll be keeping you all informed |

I have just listened to all of the tracks that you've put up and I must say that they are FANTASTIC! I love Park Luny the best for its nostalgic/cheerful sound, at least to me it sounds like it, the bass line especially! It has been a long time since I have heard something this good that is somewhat new. Sign me up for purchasing your upcoming releases and best of luck to you in the future!

Your music is great. Really like it a lot. Played various tracks multiple times today. Very nicely textured and poignant. Beautiful stuff. Your music resonates with my brain.

wow...thanks for such beautiful response! Never thought of my music as of anything brain-related though . It's more about feelings. emotions, atmosphere I think...

Sure, your music is atmospheric and evokes an emotional response, but I've always considered listening to music to be an intellectual exercise (no matter how aware we are of this), as is the creation of it. In a way for me, it's a meeting of minds, the composer's and the listener's -- then there's the act of interpretation.
The way you've structured the music seems to echo or reinforce my own own mental patterns. I don't feel the need to try to analyze your music as I listen to it, instead I find myself intuitively following your music. It doesn't jar me; it resonates. Some music distracts me when it forces me to overtly analyze the music (think about what the composer is trying to do), yours feels more natural, and therefore comes across as more pure for me. The repetition, for instance, seems to somehow echo my own mental patterns, and the textures work well with me. It's logical (from the point of view of my musical training -- our "ears" are trained), yet it appeals to one's emotions (which is a mental component though some might describe it as involving or appealing to the "soul"). Guess the best to say it is simply that the music speaks to me. |

again wow and thanks for lil' explaining It's good to feel emotional response and support from people, and even better to find soulmates among them. Music is the best matter of communication, it speaks instead of me

Hi Prog-jester,
I just listened to Park Luny, it's really nice, you have a retro sound it seems :) could you explain how you record your songs? I actually work on a one-man project too ;) (I just added you on Myspace, my project is called Spleen Arcana) |

you're joking but it's easier to have a vintage sound with crappy instruments today Anyway, it would be interesting to see the pics ;) what is your guitar? |

I think it's a very very strange guitar, have you any idea of the brand? Maybe it's rare!
