Well?
I have to go with plain myself....unless they suck. In those cases I need ketchup, I dip.

To be honest, of late I have been enjoying mustard on 'em. And, though I've never tried, I bet MAYO would be wonderful on fries.

Interesting......although I do like honey mustard on fries.
Hmmm, wish I made that an option.

Chorrillana.

Chorrillana = fried onion mixed with egg, fried cow meat (the heart, most of the times). The "french" (¿?) fries (just fried potato in this country, since we are unable to find something french in the act of frying a sliced potato) are placed on top of this, and people eat everything and then ask inmediatley for the bathroom and that black rubber thing that is used to help in the event of obstruction of pipes. After a few years of this, combined with no excercise at all, people die of a heart attack while trying to pick up a coin or something like that.

Vincent: I dunno, I didn't go into Burger King. But, you know what they put on french fries in Holland instead of ketchup?
Jules: What?
Vincent: Mayonnaise.
Jules: God damn!
Vincent: I seen 'em do it, man, they f**kin' drown 'em in that sh*t.
Jules: That's some f**ked up sh*t.
Dead

Why bother with ketchup? If they're truly good, a bit of salt and pepper will be exactly what it needs.

Sour cream with chives dip or sun-dried tomato chutney.

Do 'The Stanley' otherwise I'll thrash you with some rhubarb.

I like them plain or with, God help me, ketchup. I've always wanted to try poutine, a Quebec specialty with cheese and gravy.. though the authentic version has curdled cheese

You're obviously not from Philadelphia where we enjoy cheese (Whiz) on our fries.
