I've found identical reviews for two albums, and it isn't 50 words.
Collaborators Reviews ANTARES — Over the Hills Review by Greger (Greger Rönnqvist) PROG REVIEWER "Out Of Sight" is of course the more professional of the two albums, but "Over The Hills" is a more personal and unique album, so I actually prefer the older one. Both albums is however interesting in their own rights. I'd like to add that the most common abuse for ratings-without-reviews is the flood of 5 stars or 1 star related to a particular album.
I believe that with the new tool it'll be easier to notice these floods and once discovered I believe they should be spot in another topic here, about rating manipulation.
(Please use the reviews discussion thread to discuss this further )

There would need to be a clear breach of the rules Clarke. I.e., an apparent effort to manipulate the ratings for an album.
In that case, the user name is distasteful and disrespectful, but we have to assume it's his/her opinion of the album.

To Bob & Guigo: An important question: Now that we have a new feature on the web site, should we also report ratings without reviews that seem fishy and abusing? However, there's one: It's clean-up time!! |

How can he give five stars to something he thinks is 'awful' ?
It doesn't make any sense.

This one is also copied by the same reviewer from above:
YES — Close to the EdgeReview by LegomanSeriously. I can't believe how overrated this album has become. The singer of YES isn't imparticularly talented, the lyrics were written somewhere between recess and lunch and the some of the sounds that are in it are completely obnoxious! I really don't understand how this is someone's favorite YES album and especially how it is THE BEST PROGRESSIVE ALBUM EVER!!1one It isn't. However, this is not to say that I don't like and respect it. I feel that it is good in it's own respect, maybe somewhere on the level of Discipline by King Crimson but certainly not the best. JETHRO TULL — Thick As A BrickReview by gyroeatery
It's good, but should've been an EP. Just not a whole album worth. Some
of the parts are memorable. But many just repeat themselves (even the
memorable one). Not sure what all the hype is about really. It's well
produced, the instrumentation is good. The lyrics are all over the
boards, but as a whole average. I'd figure it's the old breakdown of a
good composition, but it's not even spectacular. Decidedly un-epic
considering it's over 40 minutes long. Posted Tuesday, March 14, 2006, 20:56 EST | Permanent link JETHRO TULL — Thick As A BrickReview by BETO

This guy keeps talking about how amazing Far East Family Band are, but he is reviewing a Far Out album! Sure they eventually became Far East Family Band, but I don't think that this is an appropriate review anyways. Also, he doesn't mention any songs on the album he is reviewing, but makes a point to mention future albums by Far East Family Band. Edited by Zappa88 - June 28 2007 at 13:30 |

Certainly it counts as rating-without-review...
For the case of double reviews for the same album, we're working on it. Thanks!
