I saw 'em handing out dough to various charity-esque organizations that helped young women on the Doctor Phil show...I don't see my the Noobies didn't get it. We need that money to fund our rock operas! They help young women...uh...by...someone give me a suggestion here!

Well, the general rules for admission are:
 
Can you play any instruments?
Do you have access to any recording equipment that'll link to your computer?
Can you buy us beer and cigarettes?
 
Obviously, some qualifications are more important than others.
