GABRIEL, PETER — Peter Gabriel 3
Review by killerdeath
terrible........Listen, here's what I think.........BIKO??? It's all GIBBERISH!.......And
"And THROUGH THE WIRE" is a terrible attempt to get a radio hit. It sounds like
he's crying that he left that band.....Who I an not fond of either........HOWEVER!!!
It does have KATE BUSH on it!! Just for that, 5 stars!! Can we incorporate some sort of engine into the ProgArchives script so every review with too much block capitals that aren't band names, to many "!!!!" and "......" could be automatically deleted? Edited by clarke2001 - June 11 2007 at 14:37 |

I Can't see anything in this review that has something to do with the album, he is only bashing DT bashers and questionning PA's prerequesites for becoming a reviewer.

SOFT MACHINE — Third Review by sgtpepper (stanley)
Excellent work of the Hupper, Wyatt and Ratledge company. This is exactly what I
imagine when defining Canterbury style. Top form performance by all members and
more accessible then their latter albums. Posted Friday, June 22, 2007, 05:26 EST And it doesn't say anything about the album besides "Excellent work". And why did he leave out Elton Dean? |

I assume "that band" which he is not that fond of either is Genesis, so why has he given 3 of their albums 5 stars? (Kate Bush is not on any of them).
And Biko gibberish? It's one of the finest lyrics ever written ("You can blow out a candle but you can't blow out a fire").

MARILLION — Marbles
Review by doozie
Excellent - even taking into account the ropey "The Damage", "Drilling Holes" and the
"Marbles I - IV" pieces. Dump it to your iPod but skip those tracks and your left
with one of the finest albums of all time. |

MARILLION — Afraid of Sunlight Review by doozie
The best Marillion album ever but I hated it when I first heard it! It took a good 3
or 4 listens to realise the subtle genius of this album. Well... 5 stars only because... It was given only a personal reading of the personal ideas that this album provokes. But so how it was written... This review isn't of no usefulness. I wouldn't buy ever an album after to have read a like review!!! |

Not that it matters, but I like it. Especially the end. Loads of hidden meanings in that one.
