Yo! You know those lines that you hear on a song that make you think that that is a the best staple one liner from a band! Here I will give you examples:
I get up I get down- Yes Close to the edge
Stand up and fight for you know we are right- Genesis the knife
Did you ever imagine the last thing you hear is the fading out of a song-Porc tree arriving somewhere but not here
Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends- ELP- Karn eveil 9

"Silly monkeys give them thumbs they make a club,
And beat their brother down.
How they survive so misguided is a mystery.
Repugnant is a creature who would squander the ability,
To lift an eye to heaven, conscious of his fleeting time here." Tool - Right in two.

And you just mispelled it again and improperly used an apostrophe. You would be wise not question other people's intelligence... ;-)
PS You could always use the edit button.

The memories of a man in his old age are the deeds of a man in his prime. And through the window in the wall comes streaming in on sunlight wings a million bright ambassadors of morning.
Warm glow, moon gloom always need a little more room.
If I were a good man, I'd understand the spaces between friends.
Well, oh baby, my hair's on end about you...
Isn't it good to be lost in the wood, isn't it bad so quiet there, in the wood...
Honey love you, honey little, honey funny sunny morning, love you more funny love in the skyline baby.
And I stood very still by the window sill and I wondered for those I love still I cried in my mind where I stand behind the beauty of love's in her eyes...
The angels live inside me: I can feel them smile. Smash the system with the song!
There's a house with no sound; yes, it's quiet there ... there's not much point in words if there's no-one to share in time.
Death's head belt buckle --- yesterday's dreams --- the transport caf' prophet of doom. Run through graveyards on a dusty Winter day. Nothing melts in this cold but Russia on ice is burning a hole.
As we walk through the ashes I whisper your name.
I'm really scared of getting lost in real life so please stop asking me for more. You can blow out a candle but you can't blow out a fire.
Space is what I need it's what I feed on.
There's no point in direction we cannot even choose a side.
The evening trees moan as if they knew at night I always dream of you. Cross that bridge to the other side, follow your heart, you can't go wrong.
Marlins come out of the sky and they 'stand her; One my lover we’ll be they're an will sea ewe.
token non-prog:
Well, I stand up next to a mountain, and chop it down with the edge of my hand.

My favourites are:
- Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends! - A flower? - What you're listening to are ... musicians performing psychodelic music under the influence of a mind-altering chemical called ... - One of these days I'm gonna cut you into little pieces! - I get up, I get down
Actually, I started to use similar quotes at the end of each output of one program package I wrote. The user runs my program repeatedly ... the results of the computations are written to a file, and at the end of each file there is a random prog quote! With time I started to add quotes from "prog" literature. Now the difficulty that I am facing is how to write non-ASCII characters into a text file ... if I want to use a quote in French or Swedish ... :)

Lord of Lords, King of Kings, Has returned to lead his children home, To take them to the new Jerusalem.
Rael stands astonished doubting his sight, Struck by beauty, gripped in fright.
money, so they say is the root of all evil today ,but if you ask for a rise it's no surprise that they're giving none away
